Problem
Access Virtual App is a great and useful app especially during the pandemic, but requiring users to fill out the same health conditions and medications for every appointment is time-consuming for patients.
Thus the goal of this challenge is to reduce the repeated work so it can improve the user experience.
Solution
If information can be saved when we first fill out the Primary Care Intake Form to start a consultation, this can make future consultations easier.
Alternative Option for Medications
For users who have a lot of medicines, taking an image of a medication document instead of typing them out line by line would be time-saving.
